Over the past 25 years, Dr. Redman has become an internationally recognized leader in plant-fungal symbiosis. She is a talented researcher with vast expertise in molecular biology, genetics, plant biology and microbiology. Her extensive knowledge of plant-fungal interactions and experience training and managing personnel make Regina the perfect fit to head up our Research and Development team.

For the past 30 years Rusty has been a leading expert in plant-fungal symbiosis while effectively managing research laboratories in academic and government institutions. He is a leading expert in plant-fungal symbiosis and is commonly asked to speak at scientific conferences around the globe. Based on his scientific expertise, successes in management and knowledge of the agriculture industry, Rusty was a natural fit for CEO. He provides the great leadership and innovative thinking that keeps us on the leading edge of science in agriculture

Zachery Gray, MBA,
V.P. Business Development

As Vice President of Business Development, Zach applies his deep expertise to promote AST’s commercial growth of the company’s pioneering product lines. Joining AST as a partner in 2012, Zach has played a critical leadership role in spearheading commercial strategies, top to bottom line P&Ls, launching multiple product lines, and securing key partnerships. 
 Under his leadership, AST has experienced multiple years of extensive growth with the best yet still to come.
